Shipping & Customs Information

All orders for customers within the UK are shipped directly from Scotland, meaning you will not incur any additional customs charges or import fees.

For international customers, we’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping (excluding the USA at the minute please read the statement below) ; however, please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order so you know what to expect.

USA Customers please note: International parcel shipping to the United States has been paused by most global postal carriers following the temporary suspensions that began in August 2025 due to changes in U.S. customs policy. The suspensions were implemented after the Trump administration ended the "de minimis" exemption, which previously allowed low-value packages (under $800) to enter the U.S. duty-free. This change created significant uncertainty for international postal services, leading to temporary halts in parcel shipments from over 30 countries, including the UK, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.

Royal Mail are publishing new guidance in the near future and we hope to be able to reinstate shipping to the USA once the implications of the adjusted shipping charges and import duty rates (paid by the customer) are clear. Thank you for your patience during this time.
