Shipping Policy

1. When We Send Your Order

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday‑Friday) are handed to the carrier the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM (or on weekends/holidays) are dispatched the following business day.
    Example: An order placed at 5 PM on Thursday will be shipped on Friday.

2. How We Ship

• United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked service (you receive a tracking number).

• International destinations: Royal Mail International Tracked service (also with a tracking number).

Taxes & Duties

• European customers: Value‑added tax (VAT) is generally applied at checkout because the sale is considered domestic within the EU.

• Customers outside the EU (including the U.S., Canada, Australia, etc.): VAT is not charged at checkout. Instead, any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

• Note: While most of our products fall into categories that often avoid additional duties, local regulations vary, so the buyer should be aware that customs charges could apply. Please check with your local customs office to make sure prior to ordering, as you are responsible for paying any additional charges or fees is they are applied in the destination country.

3. Who Is Responsible for Your Package?

• Until the parcel leaves our warehouse: It remains our responsibility.

• After Royal Mail takes possession: Responsibility transfers to Royal Mail. You can monitor the shipment through the tracking link we provide to see its status and the carrier handling it.
